PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of legislation on personal data protection and determines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by the Administrator of the website .
Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
In this Policy, terms are used in the same sense as in the User Agreement.

This Policy applies exclusively to the website . The Site Administrator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User may go through links available on the Site.

The Site Administrator requests and processes the following data from the User:
- User's last name, first name, patronymic;
- User's child(ren)'s last name, first name, age;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Login and password that the User uses to access their Personal Account (Profile) and paid services of the Site.
Also, on the Site, anonymized data about Site visitors (including cookies) is collected and processed using Internet statistics services.
The User of the Site provides their personal data voluntarily.

The Site Administrator processes User's Personal Data for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with the User (in particular, the User Agreement, among other contracts executed using the Site's services).
User's personal data may be used for sending informational and advertising materials upon receiving the User's consent for such mailing.
On the Site, anonymized data about the User (including cookies) is collected and processed by Internet statistics services for the purpose of analyzing information about User actions and behavior on the Site, improving the quality and content of the Site.
Processing of personal data by the Site Administrator is carried out based on the User's voluntary consent to such processing.
Personal data is automatically destroyed when the User deletes their personal profile on the Site.
In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administrator informs the User about such loss or disclosure of personal data.

The User can revoke their consent to the processing of their Personal Data at any time by sending a notification by email to the email address gdpr@poliglotiki.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". In this case, the User's personal data will be anonymized and/or deleted.
The User understands that the processing of their personal data is necessary to access their Personal Account (Profile), and in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, their Personal Account (Profile) will also be deleted and unavailable for use.
The User can withdraw their consent to receive advertising and informational materials (newsletters) at any time.

The Site Administrator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the security and protection of the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions of third parties.
User's personal data is not transferred to third parties except in cases where it is necessary to fulfill the Site Administrator's obligations under the contract with the User.
Disclosure of User's Personal Data may be made on the basis of a lawful request from a court, law enforcement agencies, or in other cases provided for by law.

When making payments using bank cards, the security of payment processing is ensured by the respective bank or payment gateway.
When making payments, the personal information provided by the User (name, address, phone number, email, bank card details) is confidential and not disclosed. This information is not stored on the Site and is provided only to the bank. Banks do not transmit any information about payments to the Site Administrator except for the payment notification.

The User can obtain any clarifications on matters related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Site Administrator by email at gdpr@poliglotiki.com.
Any changes in the policy of personal data processing by the Site Administrator will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
